MicroPOISE MK2 secures the document when it’s required
Point of issue security involves applying security features to documents or cards at the time they are issued. This reduces the risk of theft in storage and makes counterfeiting much more difficult.
MicroPOISE MK2 offers this high security on-demand process, as well as large volume card & sheet production solutions.
Sentry secure control system
MicroPOISE™ machines are equipped with a sophisticated and unique security control system designed to control the use of the machine which includes:
- User access control via password
- Supervisor access control via password (optional)
- Engineer access control via password
- Control of the number of impressions that can be made without further intervention. The machine can be programmed via an encrypted code to stop the machine after a specific number of impressions.
- ‘Dead on arrival’ – machines can be shipped so that they cannot be used until contact is made with the Security Foiling or the official reseller – avoids machines reaching the wrong person.
Apply a DOVID to secure documents
MK2 can apply document security features that uses micro or nano-scale patterns to create visual effects such as color shifts, 3D images, or motion. These effects change with viewing angle or light, making DOVIDs hard to reproduce and effective against counterfeiting. MicroPOISE MK2 can stamp a range of security features including:
